Abstract | ||

In this paper, a power supply circuit is proposed foradiabatic dynamic CMOS logic circuit. Charge in loadcapacitors of gates can be recycled by using this powersupply circuit. It leads to lower power consumption thanwithout recycling. In this paper, source voltage ofadiabatic dynamic CMOS inverter chain circuits issupplied with the circuit to evaluate the usefulness of thecircuit. The results show that the circuits can work withsmaller power consumption than without recycling. |
