Abstract | ||

Video transmission over wireless networks is a very challenging task. The highly variable behavior of wireless channels in such networks makes QoS provision for video transmission a difficult problem. In this paper we show that MAC-level flow control in HSDPA has a significant impact on perceived video quality. Carried out simulations in this paper show the positive impact of our algorithm on video quality. |
