Abstract
Abstract: Language ,offers human ,beings the ability to exchange ,information. Whether the information is understood or notdepends on the structure, complexity and knowledge,of the language. Language is designed for a certain context. In this paper, the context is Service Oriented Architectures. We present a query language for retrieving information ,about the resource ,consumption ,of services. The language includes major concepts and resource types, features an easy to understand,syntax and is powerful ,enough ,to satisfy the information needs of customers and providers of services. 1 The need for a query language
