Abstract: Physical Uncloneable Functions (PUFs) can be used as a cost-eective means tostore cryptographic key material in an uncloneable way. In coating PUFs, keys are generatedfrom capacitance measurements of a coating containing many randomly distributed particleswith dierent dielectric constants. |
