Analyzing costs, problems and countermeasures of small and medium enterprises' human resources management in China
Abstract
At present, China's small and medium enterprises (SMEs) develop rapidly, they play an important role in developing regional economy, creating employment opportunities, meeting consumers' demand, innovating management system and other aspects. They become an important component of China's national economy. This thesis analyzed the status and characteristics of SMEs in China, deeply discussed the problems and costs of SMEs' human resource management, it proposed that SMEs should put emphasis on human resource development, establish a variety of incentive mechanisms, strictly control the costs of human resource management and set up an effectively warning mechanism in human resource management and so on, SMEs will create competitive advantages through strengthening human resource management. © 2010 IEEE.
