Abstract
A programming philosophy for programming in a mother tongue, particularly in Japanese, implementation of a computer system where Japanese can be used for any purpose, the practice of programming in Japanese, and its effect are discussed. The key to the system of using Japanese is a language compiler for systems implementation. Software was developed for this system and a notable difference was observed
