Title
Strategies For Simulation, Measurement And Suppression Of Digital Noise In Mixed-Signal Circuits
Abstract
This paper applies a scalable macromodel for substrate noise coupling to simulate digital noise in mixed-signal circuits. The circuit simulations are verified by measured data from a digital noise generator and noise sensitive analog circuits fabricated in the TSMC 0.35 mum heavily doped CMOS process. The simulations and measurements also substantiate the effectiveness of various noise suppression techniques.
