The paper presents discussion on the technological challenges for learning objects (LO) and massive open online courses (MOOCs) design. Research results will suggest to educators the model for modernization or design new educational content by using ICT tools and environments. New approach will be suggested for different LO design online in the learning objects repository, which one is developed for LO exchange, sharing and assuring reusability function of the educational content. |
