A Curriculum Design to Cultivate Creative Thinking Through Educational Games.
Abstract
As creativity is important for innovation and future success in the global competition, the cultivation of students' creative thinking has been a heated research topic in the field of education. Educational games can effectively support teaching and learning in many ways, and this paper presents a curriculum design with game-based learning. On the basis of this curriculum, the topic of balance between education and entertainment in gamed-based learning curriculum design, and the six principles on curriculum design for cultivating creative thinking through educational games have been discussed.
