The use of ICT tools can help to improve financial culture of EU citizens. The financial crisis has highlighted the opportunistic conduct of some banks, which have taken advantage of the trust relationship with their clients to place them unsuitable products. We have detected the need of a higher level of financial knowledge and skills in the average citizen. In this project, we propose the implementation of the EU-Bank open platform that can be used as a teaching-learning tool in a didactic environment and as a professional advisory tool by banking users, covering a varied group of needs to improve the financial culture of EU citizens. |
