Abstract
•Pickup and delivery vehicle sharing is considered and modeled after collaboration.•K-means clustering and NSGA-II are combined to search efficient routing solutions.•Cost and number of vehicles are simultaneously minimized by a bi-objective model.•Findings support the relevance collaboration and the proposed solution methodology.
