In recent years, the damage caused by malware targeting vulnerable IoT devices is increasing. Under such circumstances, Mirai, which has the function of self-spreading and performing a large-scale DDoS attack on the target, attracted a great deal of attention. In this paper, we modeled the infection phenomenon of Mirai using the agent oriented Petri net PN

. We also carried out quantitative evaluation of countermeasures when taking into consideration the network structure of the IoT device and the effective arrangement of Hajime which is a worm with no capability of performing DDoS. |
