Html5 Private Electronic Health Record Based On Chinese Ws Series Standards
Abstract
Objective:Aim at the deficiency on the usability,safety and compatibility of the electronic health record (EHR) data and information, this study combined with XHTMLS and Chinese medical record writing standards and data standards, developed the elastic structure EHR.Methods:Build an information set that can be formatted from the Web Service(WS) for H5 or XML, and design the WS interface for keyword access services.Which can be freely converted in 115 and 114 to maintain the original display of both parties.Design 115 flexible editor(H5FE) which can be edited for EHR by switching views. The view between views can be utilized in the transformation operation of the information form through the H5 and HTML4 related functions, and the inter-positioning of the data information.The elastic structure EHR And H5FE are based on Chinese WS series standards, and the safety is guaranteed.Results:H5FE is easy to learn and use, and it can transform and locate data information in each view through the data conversion and information node location operation. It can also capture the information of the large amount of medical records, and explore the potential and valuable information of diagnostics and treatment of clinical disease and health economics.
