Title
Three-dimensional View-expansive Microscope Based on Focal Point Adjustment and Viewpoint Movement
Abstract
This paper develops a three-dimensional view-expansive microscope that not only expands the two-dimensional field of observation but also expands the depth of focus. The photographable area of the developed system is approximately 111 times larger than the corresponding area available in a normal microscope. The effectiveness of the developed system is evaluated via view-expansive video shooting experiments of micro beads on a slide grass.
