This paper proposes a unity-gain two-stage output driver incorporating a tunable bridged-shunt peaking with a grounded active inductor. Implemented in 65-nm CMOS, with compact active area (0.0238 mm2), the prototype achieves 45-GHz bandwidth (BW) of S DD21 and a BW of S DD22 DD21 improves the reverse reflection at the final output stage. Additionally, the measured results show coarse and fine tunability of the AC responses. |
