Customer(1) service plays an important role in gaining income for organizations. It is a knowledge intensive process that relies heavily on well-trained or experienced employees. Recently, automated customer service is emerging. It can help organizations reduce operation and training costs. They apply machine learning to big data to provide automated or semi-automated customer service. However, most startups or small and medium enterprises do not have sufficient data and knowledge. As a result, they still rely on customer service personnel or use automated customer service provided by third parties. Therefore, it is difficult for them to develop their own core customer service competency. In this paper, we propose a blockchain-based AutoML framework that aims to provide an open environment for data trading. The architecture, dataflow, and key elements are presented and discussed. The framework not only helps organizations that do not have sufficient training data and knowledge to provide automated customer services, but also maintains continuous updates and learning in a reduced cost and risk. |
