Abstract
A wide-bandwidth (BW) power-efficient continuous-time ΣΔ modulator (CTΣΔM) is presented. The modulator introduces a third-order filter implemented with a lossless integrator and a multiple-feedback single-amplifier biquadratic filter with embedded loop stability compensation.
