Abstract
A low-power source-synchronous multi-Gb/s transceiver is presented. Supply voltage is aggressively scaled to reduce power, and the speed penalty resulting from low-voltage operation is overcome by multiplexing transmitter/receiver synchronized by low-rate multi-phase clocks.
